Finely chop garlic cloves. Cut open jalapeños and remove seeds and membrane. Chop into small pieces (about the same size as onion). Slice zucchini down the middle length wise and again down the two pieces. Then chop into pieces. Place to the side.&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
